Terms & Conditions.

Effective Date: 1st of May, 2025.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services, transactions, and relationships with Aerlume Art Consulting (“Aerlume”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By engaging with us — whether as a client (interior designer, architect, developer) or an artist — you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Aerlume provides art consulting services, including but not limited to:

  • Art sourcing and acquisition

  • Custom commissions and curated packages

  • Coordination of framing, installation, and shipping (when requested)

  • Artist collaboration and representation

All service scopes, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement.

2. Orders & Confirmations

An order or engagement is confirmed once a written agreement, signed proposal, or email confirmation is received from the client. A 50% upfront payment is required for custom or commissioned works.

3. Artists & Collaborations

Artists represented or sourced through Aerlume must provide original, authentic work. Aerlume reserves the right to curate and approve final selections in alignment with the client’s brief. Artist fees and commissions will be defined in individual agreements.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and curated nature of our services, all sales are final. Returns or refunds will only be considered if:

  • The artwork arrives damaged (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

  • The delivered work does not match the agreed specifications

5. Payments

  • All payments must be made via bank transfer or approved methods.

  • Full payment must be received prior to final delivery or installation.

  • Delayed payments may result in service or delivery postponement.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Installation

Shipping, framing, installation, and customs (if applicable) are quoted separately unless stated in the project agreement. Risk and responsibility transfer to the client upon delivery.

7. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

In compliance with UAE law, we may request identification or documentation from clients or artists to meet AML regulations. Refusal to comply may result in the cancellation of services.

8. Authenticity & Copyright

  • All artworks are represented as original and authentic to the best of our knowledge.

  • Artists retain copyright unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients may not reproduce or commercialize artworks without permission.

9. Liability

Aerlume will not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or artwork in dispute.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

11. Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
