As a boutique consultancy, Aerlume offers a personal, highly attentive approach. I value relationships, discretion, and long-term thinking. Above all, I am committed to supporting artists globally, amplifying their voices, sharing their talent, and creating opportunities for their work to be seen and appreciated.
The name Aerlume is thoughtfully crafted: “AE” connects to the UAE, the home and creative base, while “Lume” evokes the idea of light, reflecting the belief that art has the power to illuminate and transform a space. When spoken aloud, it also echoes “heirloom”, suggesting something of value that carries story, emotion, and legacy; just like great art.

I am Theresa Grodd, the founder of Aerlume Art Consulting, I bring a background in art management, exhibition development, and advisory across both private and commercial contexts. My experience ranges from working closely with artists and collectors to supporting the development of a private art institution, which deepened my understanding of both commercial and non-commercial art landscapes. Having grown up around art and furthered my education at Christie’s and Sotheby’s, has naturally informed the way I see and work with art today.
